Major UI Changes to the Employee Onboarding Pages

We are continuing our efforts to significantly revamp the platform's user interface, with the next section to undergo changes being the employee onboarding pages. As before, the goal is to enhance the tool's responsiveness and usability on smaller devices, while also streamlining the overall interface for users of any experience level with the platform. 

Recognising that portable devices are more commonly used than computers, we deemed it necessary to ensure our users experience no accessibility issues, regardless of their preference. That said, the new interface adapts to stationary computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. Additionally, we have tweaked the look and feel of the section. It now aligns more closely with our overall new aesthetic, ensuring our users have a consistent experience across all modules. 

Employee Onboarding has Gotten Smoother

As before, the employee onboarding pages will assist you in creating a hands-free onboarding procedure that avoids back-and-forth email threads. The variety of steps, along with optional and custom requirements, limited software accessibility, and numerous other features enable you to establish a seamless and easy-to-follow process. 

The new interface is designed to be even more straightforward for creating an onboarding page, with some features relocated to more accessible positions. You will also now have greater control over the appearance of the platform. As before, you can assign approvers for the uploaded documents, which will then be stored and linked to the submitting employee for easy future access and compliance check-ups.
