Bulk Upload of Expense Receipts

As always, we've been working hard to make things easier for you. Some businesses handle larger volumes of receipts, and submitting them even on the go can still be tedious. It took us quite a bit of brainstorming to come up with a solution to address this very issue, but in the end, we found one—along with a way to enhance it further.

We're pleased to announce our latest changes to the expense form, providing you with greater flexibility in uploading and assigning receipts to new entries. There are two major changes introduced in this latest release.

Quick Individual Receipt Upload & Bulk Receipt Upload

The button for uploading a receipt on an individual expense entry is no longer available. Instead, you can upload a receipt by simply dragging your receipt file over the entry. If you want to create a new entry, just drag it to the bottom of the expense form, below the last entry. 

If you have many receipts to upload, why not do it all at once? To proceed, click on the new ‘Upload Receipts’ button at the bottom of your expense form. You can now drag and drop multiple receipt image files or PDF files. Once they are uploaded, you can choose to assign them to an existing entry, create a new receipt entry, or save them for later. We are also implementing other changes so that receipt values can be extracted automatically and pre-populated for you.

This is the first of several changes we will introduce to Timesheet Portal expense claims. You will also notice significant performance improvements when creating large expense claims that include up to 50 expenses. We hope you enjoy our new changes and be sure to look out for more.
