Important Upcoming Changes

Timesheet Portal is undergoing improvements. These enhancements are scheduled to be released this week for some customers and next week for others. If your customer ID is 11230, these changes will occur at 22:00 GMT on 21st September 2022. Otherwise, they will take place at 22:00 GMT on 5th October 2022.

This blog post will provide you with further details regarding the major changes in the release. Additionally, there are significant updates expected in our mobile site timesheet section. Please read this post for more information.

So, What’s New?

Among a number of additional functional enhancements, our latest release features a brand new user interface for the settings sections. Our new interface is more intuitive and operates much faster than the existing one. We have also restructured the settings navigation to make it easier for you to locate items. For example, notifications relating to timesheets currently reside on a dedicated Notifications page; however, our new structure includes a sub-menu "Notifications" under timesheets, expenses, and leave. Therefore, if you are configuring anything related to timesheets, you should only need to look within the Timesheets section.

Additionally, invoice templates have been separated, allowing you to now configure invoice templates for self-billing in the Self-billing section and client invoice templates in the Client Invoices section. If you currently have invoice templates shared between client invoicing and self-billing, we will create copies of these templates as part of our upgrade process. 

We have also implemented some minor adjustments to the appearance of timesheets on the desktop. There are no significant alterations to the layout, so your users should not face any issues.
