mobile site changes 2022

Our mobile site is receiving a long-awaited facelift to enhance both its appearance and usability moving forward. We have recognised that in an era where accessibility is paramount, we need to step up and adopt a more innovative aesthetic. However, we won’t be deploying this update to all accounts at once. The latest changes are scheduled to be released at 22:00 GMT on 5th October for our customers whose customer ID is less than 11230, and on 12th October for the remaining users.

This release is the first part of a series of changes we will be gradually introducing to enhance the functionality of the platform. Specifically, this update is dedicated to a complete upgrade of the timesheets section. Onboarding, leave bookings, and expenses will follow in the coming months.

Never Forget Additional Charges Again

Although the majority of workflows for completing timesheets remain unchanged, there are a few minor differences. We have introduced these adjustments to make the process quicker and easier for users, ultimately fulfilling our commitment to saving you as much time as possible. Inevitably, some individuals may struggle with the change initially. As a precaution, we have also added a new help item below the main menu on the mobile site.

We have made the new mobile site user guide accessible for everyone to view in order to familiarise themselves with the changes that have already been implemented. The guide also outlines the future updates we have planned. If you would like to read them, please check the links below:
