Upcoming Changes of Self Billing Settings

We are further improving the usability of our software by enhancing the interface, accessibility, and simplicity of the most widely used modules. The Timesheet Portal is designed to streamline your day-to-day operations, and we are therefore constantly on the lookout for ways to remove potential bottlenecks. In this update, we have addressed the self-billing module that our recruitment clients heavily rely on. 

It has come to our attention that some users are having difficulty locating the module to activate it and customise it to their needs. As always, we would greatly appreciate your feedback once the update is live. More About This Update

We've restructured the settings menu, effective from our next release on 25th November. The dedicated section for Self Billing has now been moved into Pay Assist. Essentially, this change merges all settings related to worker pay, whether self-billing or PAYE, into the same section. 

We’ve recognised the inconvenience and confusion caused by having worker pay-related modules scattered across the platform. Therefore, we have centralised them for quick and effortless access. To access Self Billing settings, please click on Pay Assist and then look for the Self Billing menu option.
