Timesheet Portal Hardware Clock Point

Our hardware Clock Point provides you with a physical device that can be used to clock in and out your staff on site, using facial recognition, NFC tags or their phone's Bluetooth connection.

Time & Attendance Hardware

Our Timesheet Portal Clock Point, a time and attendance hardware device, lets you clock employees in and out using facial recognition, NFC tags, or Bluetooth. You can also combine different authentication methods to meet your specific needs.

Our Clock Point hardware can be bought outright and is installed where your employees enter and leave your premises. It connects to the internet via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or a mobile SIM card, and communicates directly with Timesheet Portal, allowing you to analyse your employees' time through it. Designed for indoor use, Clock Point comes with a mounting plate for wall placement.

Live View of Your Staff

Our Clock Point communicates directly with our system in real time, enabling you to utilise our online timesheet management application for a live display of your staff. It indicates who is clocked in, on break, or clocked out, organised by site. Administrators can access the web portal or mobile app to view a list of all staff members who have clocked in, providing a useful tool for fire evacuation attendance roll call.
